Ensures delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquires. 

Serves as first point of customer contact for general inquiries like pricing, products, scheduling etc.  Builds and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty.

  • has a 'thick skin' and is able to handle complaints, even when handling unpleasant customers

  • is able to suggest improvements to the various communications by the company

  • is willing to build a long-term relationship with the customer

Required Skills

  • Additional duties may include proactive communication with customers and client via telephone, e-mail, or regular mail; managing database records; drafting status reports on customer service issues; and assist in supervising staff when applicable.
  • Ability to manage a large volume of calls.
  • Keep these accounts in compliance with federal mandates and guidelines.
  • Previous experience with call center and answering difficult customers
  • Specialized skill training or certification in call center environment

  • Proven ability to deliver a high degree of customer satisfaction through the effective communication, as well as successful in scoping additional services opportunities
  • Proven ability to effectively present and communicate to all levels of an organization, especially senior management levels. Exceptional organizational, written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment, and assist other team members to achieve team- oriented objectives
