Support the marketing of products and services to prospective customers via inbound calls. Resolve customers concerns regarding services. Respond to incoming calls from customers regarding company products and billing inquiries. Help meet and/or exceed sales quotas as set by the company. Overcome customer reluctance to close sales. Meet departmental revenue productivity and quality objectives. Report on customer reaction concerning new products, promotions and competition. Maintain appropriate account handling time as set by the company. Make appropriate judgments regarding call routing. Keep abreast of product knowledge. Attain sales/service quota by meeting quality standards as set by company. Excellent communication and presentation skills. High School diploma or equivalent and minimum seven to eight years of related experience customer service/sales experience.
