Performs a variety of professional/administrative human resource functions in areas such as recruitment, compensation, employee relations, training and development, EEO/affirmative action programs, and benefits administration. Advises management and staff of relevant corporate personnel practices, policies, and procedures. Performs as a human resource generalist. A bachelor degree, or equivalent experience and two to four years of related experience are required.
