Accountant

Maintains or oversees the maintenance of accounts and records in such areas as disbursements, expenses, tax payments, and income. Reviews and verifies accuracy of journal entries and accounting classifications assigned to various records. Prepares income and balance sheet statements, consolidated statements, and other accounting statements and reports. May design, modify, install, and/or maintain general accounting systems to provide records of assets, liabilities, and financial statements. A bachelor degree in accounting or business administration, or equivalent experience, and two to four years of accounting experience are required.
