  • Management and implementation of major customer accounts and programs.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels through heavy customer interaction and constant drive for timely and accurate program status and introduction.
  • Increasing throughput and maximizing on-time delivery are the cornerstones of this position.
  • Responsible for driving the operational execution of programs, changes and processes.
  • Ensure the timely and accurate data entry of product information in the business systems to support the operational requirements.
  • Work closely with customers to support the release process for multiple programs.
  • Develop and manage customer specific programs for the smooth introduction of new services for the maximization of customer satisfaction
  • Work proactively to anticipate and resolve project issues (internal and external) and escalate when appropriate
  • Manage the initiation and development of new product lines through the development, implementation, maintenance and ownership of cross functional product implementation teams.
  • Schedule regular meetings with the teams and customers to review the product introduction requests and to ensure complete and accurate product release information for new products.
  • Cross functional interaction with customer service, engineering and manufacturing to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot problems with processing orders related to product configuration errors within SAP and other operational systems.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customer
  • Maintain/complete regular sales reports to management

Required Skills

  • Excellent Presentation and Communication skills (verbal and written)
  • High level of professionalism, dependability, energy and motivation.
  • Also needs to be a team player that works well with others
  • Actively work towards process improvement, quality improvement and operational cost reduction. Understand and improve operation constraints through process improvement and system development.
  • Work with customers and operations team on production planning/forecasting.
  • Sustaining product management including, but not limited to obsolescence and notification of part changes.
  • Provide project management and decision support for numerous supply chain activities, including supply demand planning, new product introduction planning, forecasting, inventory management, procurement and logistics functions.
  • Good communication skills at all levels; written, oral & presentation skills
  • Ability to speak Mandarin Chinese a plus
  • Conduct other duties as requested
  • Ability to assess and resolve situational problems in a timely manner
  • Ability to manage multiple issues at one time
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail and accuracy
  • Travel as required Proficient with Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with MRP systems
  • Other duties upon request

Required Experience

  • 5 years of related business experience, Bachelors Degree in a technical/business field required
  • Masters degree in Business a plus but not required
  • Operations and/or customer interface experience preferred.
  • A good understanding of SAP or comparable operating system preferred
  • Experience in contract manufacturing sales to OEM customers with a thorough knowledge of business practices, procedures and processes
  • Experience working with other cultures preferred
