We are seeking an experienced and dedicated HR Officer to join our team. The HR Officer will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. We need a superstar HR Officer.

Required Skills
- Coordinate and oversee the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates.
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
- Administer and maintain HR policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs, ensuring new employees have a smooth transition into the organization.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.
- Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Assist with the performance management process, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and development planning.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with HR reporting and analysis, providing insights and recommendations to management.
Required Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources role
- Experience with full-cycle recruitment and talent management
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR policies and programs
- Hands-on experience with HR software and databases
- Prior experience in leading DEIB initiatives within an organization
- Experience in conducting training and professional development programs
- Familiarity with labor law and employment equity regulations
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role within HR
- Demonstrated experience in strategic HR planning
- History of successful change management and organizational development
- Experience in benefits administration and compensation planning
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is preferred
