Lucee QA 01, a prominent player in the Telecommunications industry, is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our IT Operations department in San Francisco on a full-time, regular basis. This entry-level position offers a salary range of $25,000 to $30,000 annually, with no travel or per diem required. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our daily office operations, providing essential support to our team and ensuring that our company values of teamwork, excellence, leadership, thought leadership, results-driven action, and a commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) are reflected in your work. Your primary responsibilities will include typing letters, memorandums, and reports, managing files, answering phone calls, and handling mail. You will also be expected to take and transcribe dictation when necessary. The role may involve supporting one or more individuals and contributing to the success of a department, project, or contract. You will be expected to utilize word processing equipment or a personal computer to perform your tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent and bring 2 to 5 years of related experience to the table.
