Workflow Specialist

QUAD is seeking a Workflow Specialist for an organization in King of Prussia, PA. Full time hours Monday through Friday onsite with occasional opportunities to work remotely.

The Workflow Specialist will be responsible for reviewing claims for accuracy, updating contacts, responding to emails, and sending claims over for processing.

Responsibilities of the Workflow Specialist

• Sorting and reviewing incoming claims for accuracy
• Verifying electronic images for quality purposes
• Performing clerical tasks including filing, scanning, and sorting
• Regularly communicating with providers and members

Requirements of the Workflow Specialist

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience
• 1+ years of customer service or data entry experience, preferably in a service, healthcare or retail environment
• Excellent communication skills, with a professional phone demeanor
• Strong customer service orientation

Salary: $18 per hour
