The Director of Customer Care is responsible for daily monitoring against established standards and key performance indicators, addressing escalated issues and making recommendations and suggestions to improve center operations.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent; and ten years job-related experience and/or training; with at least five in a managerial role.  
  • An energetic, forward-thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.
  • A well-organized and self-directed individual who is "politically savvy" and a team player.
  • An excellent facilitator who is experienced in creating and maintaining a high performance Customer Care center, through high levels of employee engagement.
